Having undergone laser therapy along with spinal manipulation and physical therapy for severe back pain (2014-2017), I was pleased when Dr. Kruger suggested laser therapy to treat periodic ache and burning sensation in my right elbow. We decided on an initial five-session program. Meanwhile, I continued my 3-4 days/week aerobic and weightlifting exercises. Elbow ache disappeared and occasional burning was reduced to level 1 on a ten-point scale. Extended treatment to three additional sessions. Because of my experience, I've decided to include laser therapy with my regular spinal maintenance program- once every three weeks.
