Treating with the REPEX™ is based on the patient’s directional movement preference and provides measurable and positive outcomes particularly in the management of acute and chronic low back and leg pain patients. The REPEX™ automatically takes the patient through repetitive end-range passive-range-of-motion movements of extension and/or flexion.
The exclusive design of the REPEX™ was developed by Robin McKenzie to address mechanical disorders of the low back using the McKenzie Technique. The McKenzie Method® of Mechanical Diagnosis and Therapy® (MDT) is an internationally acclaimed method of assessment and treatment for spinal and extremity pain developed by New Zealand Physiotherapist Robin McKenzie. It has been widely used all over the world for more than 30 years.
